Our principle

RegaRoll is built around a simple idea: the photos from your event belong to you and to your guests — not to us. We do not sell data, we show no ads, and we embed no third-party trackers on the site.

What we collect

• From hosts: the event's name, date and the settings you chose. On a paid event, a full name and phone number (required by the payment provider); the card details themselves go straight to the secure payment provider and never pass through our servers.
• From guests: the first name they typed, and what they chose to upload — photos, short videos and voice greetings.
• Technical: IP addresses in basic operational logs (security and abuse prevention only).

We use no tracking cookies. Basic preferences (language, for instance) are stored locally on your own device.

Who can see the content

An event's album is reachable only by someone holding the event link, and only according to the reveal time you set. The private manage link is yours alone. We never publish or share an event's content with anyone.

How long it is kept — and automatic deletion

• Free event: content is permanently deleted 7 days after the album reveals.
• Paid event: content is permanently deleted 30 days after the reveal.

The deletion is automatic and complete — original files, the resized versions and the recordings. The deletion date is shown on your dashboard. Want a photo or a whole event deleted sooner? Do it from the dashboard, or write to us.

Where the data lives

Our servers are hosted with Hetzner in the European Union (Germany), in an encrypted environment (HTTPS end to end). Payments are processed by a supervised Israeli payment provider that meets the PCI-DSS standard. We rely on technical sub-processors: Cloudflare (security and network traffic) and Resend (operational email, such as a payment confirmation). The service is operated by a registered business in Israel — full details are given on the receipt for every transaction.
